Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, unless MageWorkshop has given its written consent to that.

MageWorkshop is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without MageWorkshop's permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website. Refunds, support service and bug fixing service are not available to violators of copyright.

Rights on any customisations performed under customisation service terms which could be considered as general-purpose improvements or bugfixes are belong to the MageWorkshop team unless other terms are explicitly agreed.

License

License is used only for per domain name. Domain name is used to generate license thus in order extension to function properly it should be specified. For dev sites there is no such limitations. To install any extension by MageWorkshop on your development site you need to use domain name with subdomain "dev" or "test". For example "dev.site.com".

Support and bug fixing policy

MageWorkshop offers free and unlimited email support for products purchased from us. Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our extensions. MageWorkshop will try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. To report bugs or request support please contact us.

Refund policy

We offer 30-day money refund guarantee for our extension. You can get a full refund if you are not satisfied with our extensions during 30 days after the purchase, unless the copyright is infringed. To get the refund please contact us. All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.

Notification of Changes

MageWorkshop reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustments to these terms. Changes to our term and conditions will be published at this page.
